At Papillon, we believe that a child’s first and most important teachers are their parents. That’s why we were so excited to celebrate Parents Day with a special event on May 28th 2025, filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt moments.
The day was a beautiful blend of fun and meaning. Parents and children teamed up to play games that brought out everyone’s playful side. There were cheers, laughter, and lots of high-fives as families bonded through friendly competition. Afterwards, the children invited their parents to join them in the kitchen, where they worked hand in hand to make cookies together. The aroma of freshly baked treats and the smiles on everyone’s faces made the activity truly unforgettable.
In the days leading up to the event, our students had been working hard to prepare something extra special: personalized gifts for their parents. Whether it was a handmade card, a drawing, or a simple craft, each gift was a token of their love and appreciation.
The highlight of the celebration was an emotional performance where the children danced joyfully for their parents. Then, in one of the most touching moments of the day, the children gently washed their parents’ feet—a simple yet powerful gesture to honor and thank them for their endless love and care.
Parents Day at Papillon wasn’t just a celebration; it was a reminder of the deep bond between children and their parents. It was a day to slow down, to connect, and to appreciate the love that surrounds us every day.
Thank you to all the parents who joined us—we hope you felt just how loved and appreciated you truly are!
